The new EMS process of cold tube end closing is based on a combination of flow turning and axial power push. The closed tubes are watertight, without heating and no metal addition.

These include ceramic body measuring, mat weighing, assembly and crimping of catalyser converters and particle filters with production data logging as well as end forming and cutting.
